Path Goal

I want enough dependable physical and mental capacity to work, move, help my mother, and be present at home without repeatedly borrowing energy from the next day.

Success Evidence

  • Most ordinary weeks no longer require me to cancel plans because of headaches, neck pain, poor sleep, or an afternoon crash.
  • I understand the patterns well enough to know what I can manage myself, what needs qualified care, and when the plan should change.
  • My movement and recovery routine helps without creating a boom-and-bust cycle.

Current Position

I’m 34, work mostly from home as a UX researcher, share a home with my wife, and help my mother with appointments twice a month. My schedule is flexible, but long screen blocks, uneven sleep, headaches, neck pain, and energy crashes have made the last year unreliable. I can give this about four hours a week and up to $600 beyond insured care.

Current Move

Tonight I’ll set up a two-minute daily symptom-and-function log for the next 14 days. Tomorrow I’ll request a primary-care appointment to discuss the headaches, neck pain, sleep disruption, and fatigue together rather than treating each one as a separate inconvenience.
